All our plotter drawings are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of these items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
If you receive a plotter drawing that is defective or not as per the specifications you provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Specialisations include wrong dimensions and images. Include a photograph of the item and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your claim and may request that you return the item for a replacement or refund.
If a return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect or error, we will process your refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Custom plotter drawings that are made to your exact specifications and do not have any defects or errors are non-returnable.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any charges. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a fee, especially if the production process has already begun.
