Your data in Chromatron is safe with us. We comply to modern standards of secure communication with our servers and storing data. Our service and your data is privately hosted in the Netherlands (EU) and is not shared with any third party in any direct or indirect way.
Uploaded images and associated data are kept for a maximum of three months after you close your account. After this period, all data is securely deleted from our systems to ensure your privacy.
We only save the minimum account information required to provide the service to you: email address, name and postal address. No bank or payment information is stored. Passwords are encrypted, not even we can read them.
But you should do your part in securing your data, too. Your password in Chromatron is required to be complex but we strongly suggest to change on a regular basis nonetheless.
